All vehicle retrievals must be by appointment.

Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Closed ALL Major Holidays.

Impounded Vehicles:

Items needed to retrieve your vehicle:

• A valid driver's license

• Proof of vehicle ownership

• Proof of insurance 

• Cash or Credit Card

If your vehicle was impounded by the Becker Police Department or Big Lake Police Department, you must obtain a Vehicle Release Form from the department.  (Note: This is NOT given to you at the time of impound.)

Accidents/Crashes

Items needed to retrieve your vehicle:

• A valid driver's license

• Proof of vehicle ownership

• Proof of Collision Coverage from your Insurance Provider (Claim Number if you have it) OR 

• Payment for Services rendered and plan for your vehicle.
